Cheap and good, eh?? March 2, 2009 Paul J. Mahoney (UK) 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I decided to purchase these after wasting £10 on a pair of sony earphones that lasted approximately a week. When they arrived and I looked at the design I was genuinely afraid. It appears to be a regular earphone with another earphone sticking out of it thats supposed to be rammed into the deepest areas within your ear. The benefit this has of course is to create the ultimate sound barrier whilst fitting snuggly into your ear and producing the same effect as when you push regular earphones into your ears and hold your hands there. If you have tried this then you will know the kind of explosive bass sounds it produces, as do these earphones, but without having to hold your hands against you ears like a loony bin. As well as being the perfect shape to rattle your ear drums in such a way, they do produce a good quality sound that so far hasn't distorted under any pressure. However upon first listen I was slightly blown away by the amount of bass they produce, so I switched my ipod EQ over to treble booster and the sound is much better and more bearable. Bass reducer also works just as well. So ultimately what we have here is a great looking pair of earphones with a unique design which provides awesome bass and impenetrable sound blockage (great used as earplugs too), a good quality of sound and an extremely cheap price. If you're looking for a good pair of earphones without spending loads, here's your compromise!

Excellent sound reproduction. Can't see what the problem is with the bass does not sound to much to me. For the price I would say they are a very good choice.
great earphones at a great price. May 15, 2008 A. Mcarthur (Leeds, Uk) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Don't be put off by the other reviews saying the bass is a little heavy. Personally I'm over the moon to have a pair of earphones that don't crackle and die when any remotely heavy bass comes on.
Superb product, would highly recommend
Great quality at the price December 15, 2009 H. Ashford (Sheffield, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought my earphones in February, and have been using them ever since - I have just had to throw them away now in December because I have managed to break the wire to one ear.
They have been incredibly robust (I go through earphones at a terrible rate because I carry my ipod around with me and use it all the time - when travelling, in the gym, etc, etc - so I am forever winding the headphones round the ipod, getting them tangled up, unwinding them again, etc, which does tend to wear them out quickly!), and these have lasted much longer than I usually expect.
Moreover the sound quality is wonderful with plenty of bass (the Creative earhones I have just started using today sound really tinny by comparison), and they do seem to block external sound quite well (meaning that I don't have to have the volume as loud as I do with other cheap earphones). They also fit snugly and securely in the ear, and I like having the asymmetrical leads which fit behind the head rather than in front.
My only beef (and it is a small one) is that they are not very comfortable when lying down (yes, I listen to my ipod in bed too!) but stick into the ear I am lying on.
Off to order another pair now!
Kanen Naturally.! July 16, 2010 Mr. M. Anderson These earphones are excellent. They look great, are very stylist, and the fit can be altered with the 3 alternative rubbers.
The sound quality is as good as any i've ever heard. I agree with the comments on Bass level, I've put my Ipod EQ to 'Treble booster' to compensate. The music still sounds rich and bass(y)
On the whole I would reccommend these, unless you want to spend alot of money on Senheisser or whatever they're called..!!
P.S. If you're running or cycling, be carefull, they really do a good job of isolating outside noise..!!!
